This policy follows Paddle billing terms for customer refunds.
One-time charges
One-time charges are refundable when the refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the transaction date.
Subscription charges
Subscription charges are refundable when the refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the subscription renewal payment date.
After 14 days
Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days are not eligible for refund.
How to request
Refund requests are handled through Paddle, the merchant of record for payments.
